We have possessed strict management system and rigorous organization for several years through our own efforts, development and continuous ego integrity. All the money paid for shares is sourced from employees inside the enterprise. Thus we have such a team spirit which is solidaric, dedicated and struggling and there is full of vigor inside the enterprise.

on the basis of above mentioned a nominee shareholder convention system is generated and established in our factory (i.e. the highest authority of the enterprise elects and generates board of directors, which reports to the general meeting of share holders.)Ni Liang, is elected by the board of directors, as the board chairman. The enterprise practices director responsiblity system under the leadership of board of directors. Sun Lijuan, with rich experience in management, is invited and appointed as the factory director in charge of overall production operation, management and civil service of the enterprise. Meanwhile, in order to understand and investigate the status of finance, assets and business of the enterprise, two persons for the executive supervisor are elected, appointed and dismissed by the general meeting of shareholders.

The registered fund has been increased from the original of RMB 2.18 million Yuan to 10 million Yuan, and the circulating fund from RMB 2 million to 20 million Yuan. The enterprise has been developed from one of cone dyeing and cone thread making to producing network yarn, low stretch yarn, artificial cotton, chemical fiber, blending yarn, rope/belt and other products and rinsing dyeing, process businesses etc. All the achievements we have acquired are close related to recruiting able people without overpressing qualification.

We have engaged a well-known expert in domestic thread making and rinsing dyeing industries Chen Chong, who has not only higher level of control but rich practicing experience and is well-known in domestic thread making and rinsing dyeing industries, to execute quality monitoring and technical direction for our factory.

We have also enrolled nearly ten graduates from junior colleges or polytechnic schools in various parts of the country and dispatched them to the front line of production. At present they have been the sparkplug strength of production department after being trained and all of them are the dynamical guarantee for the stability of our product quality.
